Growing up in Newport and Williamstown, Ava Crimmins has a genuine connection to Melbourne's Inner West and the community she now works within. In her role at Jas Stephens, Ava enjoys building relationships with people and helping create positive experiences for clients. She is passionate about delivering exceptional service and fostering strong connections within the community.

Before joining Jas Stephens, Ava worked as a Beauty Therapist, where she developed a strong focus on client service, communication and building lasting relationships. Approachable, organised and always willing to help, Ava brings a positive attitude and strong work ethic to every interaction.

A lifelong Inner West local, she loves the area's strong sense of community, vibrant cafés and restaurants, waterfront lifestyle, and village atmosphere. Outside of work, you'll find her spending time with family and friends, travelling, keeping active with Pilates and enjoying all things beauty and fashion.
