I have recently relet my property with Jas Stevens. They have managed the property for over 20 years and have always been excellent property managers. Jesseigh Stella (my property manager) has been very attentive and has helped to organise a number of trades and handy men to fix various issues around the house. She has made the experience a pleasure and has been a great source of advice.

When the tenants advised they were leaving Cassie was quick to communicate and arrange to advertise property. A market review resulted in an increase in the proposed weekly rent.She was very accepting of my suggestion to change photos. I was informed at each stage with both automated communications and personalised ones. New tenants were found quickly after only one open for inspection. The process was seamless thanks to Cassie’s professionalism.
