Used JAS Stephens (Yarraville office} to assist with finding a tenant for our rental property in Newport. From advice on advertising the apartment, open for inspection days, screening of prospective tenants and weekly rent rates for the area, Jas Stephens, namely Anna, took care of it all. We were constantly being kept up to date with the progress of finding a suitable tenant. This was achieved successfully and lease was drawn up according to legal guideline requirements. Overall, very happy with Anna who is a credit to the agency and also happy with the various agents who assisted with the task. Highly recommend Jas Stephens for results and professionalism.

I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with JAS Stephens, they rented out my property and have managed it very well, the inspections are thorough with plenty of photos, they came recommended by a friend who’s house was sold by them and I’ve had nothing short of positive experience and honesty through them.
