Oscar grew up in the small country town of Casterton, a close knit community where his early exposure to rural land sales and residential property sparked a lasting interest in real estate. After relocating to Melbourne to pursue his career, Oscar built a strong foundation across reception, leasing and inspections, before progressing into his current role within the Property Management team. With a background in hospitality, including managing teams and opening cafés, Oscar brings exceptional people skills, clear communication and a natural ability to build genuine relationships.

Known as a true people person, Oscar prides himself on helping renters and clients feel heard, supported and confident throughout the renting process. He is passionate about problem solving and guiding applicants toward homes that genuinely suit their needs. Oscar enjoys being part of the supportive and highly regarded team at Jas Stephens and values the strong training culture and collaborative environment. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his partner and their rescue dog Twix, visiting his hometown when possible, hosting games nights with friends and indulging his love of music.
