Our Executive Chairman, Craig, represents the fourth generation of his family to steer the ship here at Jas Stephens - the company his great grandfather founded in 1923. He joined the agency back in 1993, after coming home from a stint in London where he worked as a bond trader and founded an AFL team in Clapham known as the Wandsworth Demons. Since then, he's taken the company through a huge growth phase, run two marathons (including the big one in New York!), and has taken up open-water swimming - you'll find him out in the bay in the wee hours of the morning twice a week, rain, hail, or shine.

Craig grew up in Yarraville and has strong ties to the local Inner West area. He and his wife, Sue, have raised four adult children, and love spending time with them and their beloved family dogs, Cooper and Archie. With any time left over on weekends, Craig can be found following his other great passion, the Western Bulldogs, as an avid supporter and long-time sponsor.
