Michael applies himself to the challenges and opportunities that define a career in real estate with his trademark energy and enthusiasm – traits that have seen him achieve considerable success in previous roles, particularly regarding the recruitment, training and development of personnel from their initial days through to their first promotion.

Always realistic and practical, Michael’s interest in people complements his ambition to assist them as they seek to sell or to buy property. He is conscious of the significant part real estate plays in the lives of clients as they strive to secure a first home, capture a larger house as their family grows home, make a strategic investment…whatever the situation, Michael aims to provide the most accurate and appropriate advice.

Nominally a Carlton supporter, Michael, who is originally from Shepparton, has pretty much succumbed to the relentless pressure applied by his partner to swap his allegiance to the Bulldogs – which seems perfectly reasonable to us at Jas Stephens!

Time spent with family and friends is always important to Michael when he’s away from work – and planning the next holiday is often a topic for discussion. Having said that, he clearly enjoys being at work – as his positive professionalism demonstrates on a daily basis.
