Christina Schwarze brings an international perspective and a thoughtful, people focused approach to her role at Jas Stephens. Originally from Frankfurt in Germany, Christina grew up near the river that runs through the city and spent many weekends exploring the nearby Rheingau wine region. She has since lived in both Berlin and Melbourne, recently relocating with her Australian partner and brings a genuine appreciation for different cultures, experiences and ways of working.

With previous experience as a Property Manager in Germany, Christina combines practical industry knowledge with a strong academic background in Business Psychology and Marketing. She is known for her collaborative approach, clear communication style and commitment to resolving issues thoroughly. Christina values organisation and teamwork and thrives in an environment where strong relationships and positive outcomes are prioritised. Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, recreating dishes she's tried overseas, long brunches, beach strolls (ice cream always in hand) and discovering Melbourne's diverse food scene.
